Position: Clinical Instructor - Nutrition
Department: Food, Nutrition and Dietetics
School: School of Health Sciences
Employment Type: Two Years (2) contract

excellent command of the subject area, including adept lesson planning;

in fundraising and grants writing abilities;
- Demonstrates outstanding presentation and research writing skills.
Qualifications and Requirements: -
- A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and
Dietetics or a relevant field from a recognized institution;
- A Master`s degree in Nutrition and
Dietetics or a relevant field from a recognized institution will be an
added advantage;
- Previous
experience in a teaching environment;
- Must be registered
by relevant professional body;
- Must satisfy
requirements of chapter 6 of the Kenyan Constitution;
Duties list
- Provide clinical instruction and supervision to students during practical training;
- Guide students in applying theoretical knowledge to clinical practice;
- Assess and evaluate students' clinical competencies and performance;
- Participate in the development and review of clinical training programmes and materials;
- Maintain accurate records of students' clinical assessments and progress;
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students;
- Participate in departmental activities, research and community outreach;
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned.
