Chief Laboratory Technologist II

Job Description

For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:

i.             Cumulative service period of nine (9) years’ relevant work experience of which three (3) should have been at the grade of Chief Laboratory Technologist II or in a comparable position;

ii.            Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of specialisation from a recognised and accredited institution;

iii.           Master’s degree in the relevant area of specialisation from a recognised and accredited institution;

iv.          Registered with a relevant professional body (where applicable);

v.            Valid practising licence from the relevant professional body (where applicable); and

vi.          Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance, leadership and results.
